Eggless cakes: what goes in, and what doesn't

Chocolate truffle cake with gold and blue decorations

People often ask if an eggless cake can taste as good as a regular one. Read our reviews and decide. Here’s how we bake.

Everything is eggless

Every cake, brownie, cupcake and cookie we make is 100% eggless. There is no separate eggless menu. It’s just how we bake.

What goes in

  • Pure chocolate. For truffle cakes, brownies and ganache.
  • Fresh dairy products.
  • Homemade fillings. Like our homemade strawberry compote.

What we skip

  • No preservatives. Your cake is baked for your date, so it doesn’t need them.
  • No palm oil.
  • No store-bought jelly or fruit fillings.

Baked only after you order

Nothing sits on a shelf. We start baking once your order is confirmed. That’s why a home-baked cake tastes fresher than one picked up from a counter.

Chocolate truffle, mango truffle, strawberry truffle, chocolate mousse, mocha, coffee walnut, black forest, butterscotch, blueberry, Biscoff and pineapple. See the full list on our menu.
